About the job
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive – Male Arabic Speaker) to drive corporate business and accomplish business objectives in the assigned Region.
Your responsibilities will be;
1. Responsible for revenue targets of the corporate services & products.
2. Acquire and retain business from new corporate accounts.
3. Generate new business leads for corporate products.
4. Network with Corporate Heads/Business communities and convert them into potential clients and accordingly handle their queries.
5. Help finance in collecting delayed payments.
6. Provide feedback and market intelligence reports.
7. Conduct marketing campaigns in coordination with the Branch Managers for the respective areas.
8. Submit timely sales reports and visit.
9. Strive to achieve & maintain market leader position in the market.

About the job
The purpose of this role is to ensure that highest quality standards are set at the Customer Service Centre and the same are met by the CSC Coordinator. The role monitors phone calls, provides excellent customer service when dealing with customers & provide accurate information in a courteous and professional manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop the quality standards of the CSC Coordinator.
• Responsible for setting the telephone script for each call.
• Monitor inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow up with In Charge regarding quality issues and provide assistance to improve the quality of your individual performance and increase sales revenue output.
• Proactively identify trends based on monitoring and provide formalized feedback to superiors based on findings.
• Provide performance feedback to In Charge.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Must be educated to Higher Diploma level, Bachelor's Degree preferable.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service or Call Center .
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Must have strong problem solving skills to overcome quality barriers
Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments efficiently.
